1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Black Sands Ventures, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects information through Roll Call websites, applications, event pages, registration experiences, and support interactions.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, organization and event data, registration and attendee information, transaction and billing records, device and usage data, communications, support requests, uploaded content, and information received through approved integrations.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the services, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions and transactions, operate events and registrations, support users, improve product performance, send service communications, prevent misuse, satisfy legal obligations, and provide Avery features requested by authorized users.
4. Organizer-controlled data
For attendee, guest, Crew, vendor, sponsor, or customer information entered by an organizer, the organizer may determine the purpose and scope of collection. Individuals should contact the relevant organizer for questions about event-specific practices.
5. Payments
Payment details are processed through authorized payment infrastructure. Roll Call may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, fees, refunds, disputes, and related records, but should not store full payment-card credentials in ordinary application settings.
6. Sharing
We may share information with service providers, authorized organization users, integrations configured by the customer, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and parties involved in a business transaction. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
7. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, performance, and analytics. Final cookie categories and consent controls should reflect the production tools actually deployed.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.

Roll Call is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Event organizers are responsible for configuring registration practices appropriate to their audiences.
